These Review & Content Guidelines set the standards for reviews, replies, and listings on Zarlo ([ZARLO LLC — LEGAL NAME PENDING FORMATION], “Zarlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and explain how we moderate them. They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Our Principles

Zarlo's value depends on trust. Every review comes from a verified paying subscriber, there is no pay-to-rank placement, and our editorial coverage is independent. A business's subscription does not buy a better review, a higher position, or favorable coverage.

2. Who Can Review

Reviews come from signed-in Consumers with an active subscription. You may not review a business you own, work for, are related to, or compete with.

3. What Makes a Good Review

  • Based on your own first-hand experience with the product.
  • Honest, specific, and useful to someone deciding whether to use it.
  • Focused on the product or service, not on individuals.
  • Within the length limit shown when you write it.

Reviews display your first name only. You can edit or delete your own reviews from your account.

4. What Is Not Allowed

  • Fake, paid, incentivized, or coordinated reviews, or reviews generated in bulk or by automated means.
  • Reviews from owners, employees, relatives, or competitors of the business.
  • Personal information about others, such as phone numbers, addresses, or private email addresses.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or unlawful content.
  • Statements of fact you cannot support that could damage a person's or business's reputation.
  • Spam, advertising, or links unrelated to your experience.
  • Content that infringes someone's copyright or other rights.

5. Business Replies

Business Owners may post a public reply to reviews of their listing. Replies follow the same rules as reviews and must be professional. Do not reveal a reviewer's personal information, offer rewards in exchange for changing or removing a review, or retaliate against a reviewer.

6. Flagging and How We Decide

If a review or reply breaks these Guidelines, it can be flagged. Our team reviews every flag, and we may notify the author. We look at whether the content violates these rules — not at whether it is positive or negative. A critical review that reflects a real experience stays up.

Possible outcomes are leaving the content as is, asking the author to edit it, or removing it. If you disagree with a decision, write to support@zarlo.net and we will take another look.

7. Listing Standards

  • Only list a business you are authorized to represent.
  • Descriptions must be accurate and not misleading — no false claims, fake credentials, or made-up statistics.
  • Do not list illegal, deceptive, or harmful businesses.
  • Your website link must lead to the business itself.
  • A “verified” label reflects our review process at a point in time and is not an endorsement.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, reject or remove a listing, issue a warning, or suspend or terminate an account for violations. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal, subject to our Billing & Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Legal Removal Requests

For a court order or a legal complaint about content, contact support@zarlo.net. For copyright complaints, use our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
