This Cookie Policy explains how Zarlo ([ZARLO LLC — LEGAL NAME PENDING FORMATION], “Zarlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Zarlo platform (the “Platform”), and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognize your browser across requests, which is how features like staying signed in are made possible.

Current state — Zarlo does not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers. Cookie usage today is limited to what is strictly necessary to sign in and process payment. If an analytics tool is added later, this policy will be updated to disclose it before it goes live.

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality, such as signing in or completing checkout.

  • Authentication / session cookies (Supabase) — keep you signed in and identify your account role (Consumer, Business Owner, or Admin) as you navigate the Platform.
  • Checkout cookies (Stripe) — set during the subscription checkout process to securely process payment and prevent fraud. Zarlo does not receive or store your full card number.

Cookies we do not use

Zarlo does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, or third-party social media tracking cookies. Resend, our transactional email provider, delivers email directly and does not set cookies in your browser.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Stripe's checkout cookies are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie practices in addition to this policy, since Stripe acts as an independent processor of your payment information. You can review Stripe's privacy practices directly on Stripe's website.

4. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Because the authentication cookie is strictly necessary, blocking it will prevent you from staying signed in to Zarlo. Instructions for managing cookies are typically available in your browser's help documentation.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the Platform evolves — for example, if analytics or additional functionality is introduced. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
