Zarlo ([ZARLO LLC — LEGAL NAME PENDING FORMATION], “Zarlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making the Zarlo platform (the “Platform”) usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

1. Conformance Target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Current state — Zarlo is in active development and has not yet completed a full WCAG 2.1 AA audit. This statement describes our commitment and current approach, not a claim of full conformance. We treat accessibility as an ongoing goal rather than a one-time checklist, and this page will be updated as our work progresses.

2. Measures We Take

As we build and update the Platform, we aim to:

  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements, including clickable cards, menus, and dashboard controls.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements against Zarlo's dark interface.
  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA roles where they improve the experience for assistive technology.
  • Periodically review pages with automated tools (such as axe and Lighthouse) and manual keyboard and screen reader testing ahead of major releases.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Platform may not yet be fully accessible. Known gaps are tracked internally and prioritized as we continue development. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know using the contact information below so we can address it.

4. Third-Party Content

Certain flows on the Platform — such as checkout and billing, which are handled directly by Stripe — are rendered by third-party providers and are outside Zarlo's direct control. We select providers that maintain their own accessibility standards, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces we do not control.

5. Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Platform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us using the details below. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback promptly.

6. Changes to This Statement

We may update this statement as the Platform evolves and as our accessibility work progresses. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
